If something is wrong with your order

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what was described, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. We cover the return shipping.

If it simply isn't right for you

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll exchange it or issue store credit for the full value. Return shipping is on you, and the piece needs to be unworn and in its original packaging.

Pierced earrings

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if they are faulty, damaged, or still sealed in their original packaging.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched — just email us and we'll refund you in full.

Free delivery, always

Every order ships free anywhere in India. We dispatch the next business day and delivery takes 2–5 working days.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item. Store credit is issued immediately.
