Delivery costs

Domestic orders across India — free.
International orders — Rs. 1,800.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.

Domestic orders are usually delivered in 2–5 business days. International orders take 7–10 business days.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we'll email you a confirmation and tracking details separately, and you can follow the parcel on the carrier's own site.

Delivery address

We're not able to change the delivery address once an order is placed, and unfortunately we can't ship to P.O. boxes.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched — just email niwajewels@gmail.com and we'll refund you in full. Once it's on its way, our returns and exchanges terms apply.

International orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are yours to pay. We'd suggest checking with your local customs office before ordering — these fees can be significant and we aren't able to calculate them for you.
